A true son of Philadelphia, Lance was born and raised in Southeast Pennsylvania alongside his 14 brothers and sisters, one of whom, Jolin Bachmann, is also the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of 1SEO.com Digital Agency.

Throughout the year, Lance spends much of his time traveling around the country to speak at conferences and expos for nearly all industries, teaching attendees what it takes to run successful digital marketing campaigns and augment their brands’ presence online.

When he’s not on the road for work, especially during the months of summer, Lance and his family enjoy visiting unique destinations around the globe, not to mention spending time at their vacation home in Wildwood, New Jersey.

Beyond Lance’s love of traveling with his family, he’s also been known to be quite the Philly sports fanatic, spending time in the fall and winter watching and attending Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies games with his family, friends, and clients.

In addition to Philadelphia sports, another great love of Lance’s is Star Wars. Those who’ve had the opportunity to visit his home or 1SEO.com Digital Agency headquarters can testify to finding an endless collection of merchandise that includes memorabilia, figurines, plaques, DVDs, and even his very own talking and gliding R2D2.

Though Lance takes great pride in the 1SEO brand he has built from the bottom up to one of the nation’s top digital marketing firms, nothing makes him as proud as his four sons: Andrew, Lance Jr. (L.J.), Greggy, and Davey, and his marriage to his beautiful wife, Emily.

When he’s not building his brands, or embarking on new business ventures, Lance can be found coaching his boys. Whether that means on the wrestling mat, or from the sideline of the soccer field, Lance looks to instill courage and character in his kids whenever he gets the opportunity to talk about life’s teachable moments.

Lance regularly reminds his children that there will always be obstacles and adversities they must overcome, in athletics, academics, and in their careers. Everything they want must be earned and attitude is everything. For Lance, success doesn’t come from the moments when you’re on top; success is fueled by learning from your failures, and the hunger to win when your back is against the wall.
