Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Email Marketer to join our marketing team. The Email Marketer will play a crucial role in designing, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns to engage our audience, drive conversions, and enhance brand awareness. The ideal candidate is well-versed in email marketing best practices, possesses strong analytical skills, and has a passion for crafting compelling email content.

Job Responsibilities:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
  • • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns that align with overall marketing objectives and target audience segments.
  • • Create engaging email content, including subject lines, copy, and visuals, to maximize open rates and click-through rates.
  • • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and consistent messaging.
  • • Manage and segment email lists to deliver targeted and personalized content to different audience segments.
  • • Implement best practices for list hygiene, including monitoring bounce rates and managing unsubscribes.
  • • Conduct A/B testing of email elements (e.g., subject lines, CTAs, visuals) to improve campaign performance.
  • • Analyze campaign results, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • • Set up and manage email automation workflows to nurture leads and drive customer engagement.
  • • Monitor and optimize automated email sequences to deliver relevant content at different stages of the customer journey.
  • • Track and analyze key email marketing metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • • Generate regular reports on campaign performance and present findings to stakeholders.
  • • Ensure email campaigns comply with industry regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.) and best practices.
  • • Monitor email deliverability rates and take corrective actions as needed to maintain a positive sender reputation.
  • • Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across email campaigns.
  • • Communicate campaign schedules, updates, and results to stakeholders.

Experience and Requirements:

  • • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • • Proven experience in email marketing, preferably in a similar role.
  • • Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact) and marketing automation tools.
  • • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, segmentation, and personalization.
  • • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and data-driven decision-making.
  • • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on campaign metrics.
  • • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
  • • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization is a plus.
